What Information Do We Gather and How Is It Used?
The information Net Zero Frontier collects and uses, depends on the Websites you visit, the activities in which you participate, and the Services you purchase. Net Zero Frontier collects the following personal data (“Personal Information”) about you. Type of personal data: full name, email address, primary address, transaction history, job title, organization, order identification number, billing address, phone numbers, qualifications, employment history and biographical details, feedback on events and services provided, IP address, location, Curriculum Vitae (from speaker applicants or job applicants). ​Methods of collection: directly from you, autogenerated, our own research and/or third party service providers.

NET ZERO FRONTIER DOES NOT SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES EXCEPT AS STATED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY. IN ADDITION, WE MAY SHARE AGGREGATE DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES WHERE SUCH DISCLOSURE DOES NOT ENTAIL THE DISCLOSURE OF ANY PERSONALLY-IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION. 

 Referrals, Testimonials, and Public Forums
If you use our Services, then you may elect to use Net Zero Frontier’s referral program to inform friends about the Services. When using the referral program, Net Zero Frontier requests the referral name and email address. Net Zero Frontier will automatically send the referral a one-time email inviting him or her to visit Net Zero Frontier’s websites. Net Zero Frontier does not store this information. Net Zero Frontier may post a list of customers and testimonials on Net Zero Frontier’s Websites that contain information such as customer names and titles. Net Zero Frontier obtains the consent of each customer before posting such information or testimonials. Net Zero Frontier may provide bulletin boards, blogs, or chat rooms as part of its Services. Any personal information you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. Net Zero Frontier is not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in these forums.

We have appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access and maintain data security of, and to use correctly, the information we collect online. These safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store. Opting In, Opting Out, and Correcting Personal Information
By choosing to opt-in to receive events updates you are consenting to receiving appropriate and useful communications regarding our events and services. This includes, but is not limited to: invitations to our industry-leading events, workshops, trainings, and webinars; our latest updates (whitepapers, guides, reports, infographics, videos and case studies); and promotional offers on related services. At any time, you can update your preferences by clicking the link in any emails you receive from us. The link will generally be in the footer of the email. In addition to collecting your data when you complete a registration form for events on our website, we may also collect or receive your personal data direct from you through other means (for example, if you email us to request information on our events) or through our own research and/or from clients who engage us to organize events. Where you have not opted in to receive event updates, we may still use your personal data to contact you with event updates and other information if: you have attended an event and we believe you might be interested in relevant event updates and information (we will contact you on the basis that the context is consistent with the context in which you initially provided your personal data); and we believe you might be interested in event updates on the basis of the information we have about you (we will only contact you in your professional capacity). You can also stop receiving emails from us by using the unsubscribe link options, also generally found in the footer of our emails. Please note, changes to preferences and unsubscribe options will not affect service emails we are obliged to send to you, e.g., once you have registered for an event. Retention of Personal Information
We will keep your Personal Information for the minimum period necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, namely (a) for as long as you are a user of our Services, (b) for as long as your Personal Information is needed in connection with the lawful purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, for which we have a valid legal basis, or (c) for as long as is reasonably necessary for business purposes related to provision of the Website and related services, such as internal reporting purposes or to provide you with feedback or information you might request. Use of Website by Children
Net Zero Frontier’s Services are business-to-business targeted and are not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen. We do not knowingly target or solicit any of our Websites or Services for use by children under the age of sixteen. Should we learn or be notified that we have collected information from users under the age of 16, we will immediately delete such personal information. 

No Rights of Third Parties
This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties.
